Due to COVID-19, we are seeing significant delays in the following:
- Fulfillment of orders
- Transit times with shipping carriers
Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this has caused. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
All orders may take 7-10 business days to ship. We are doing our best to get orders out quickly, while following safety regulations and procedures.
The partners we use to power our store are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of their workers, while working hard to continue producing and fulfilling orders from the store. We really appreciate your patience in receiving your orders and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
After orders are shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. All shipping carriers are experiencing 4 times the volume of shipments they normally do, even at their busiest times. Because of this, delays in transit are likely.
International orders are subject to delays in customs of the destination country. Many countries are quarantining packages for 3 days prior to final delivery to the customer.
